HOW TO DOWLOAD A FILE & FIND IT IN YOUR DOWNLOADS FOLDER

Websites often have links to documents or other files for you to download onto your PC. On the PPC site you may want to download a pdf document such as the rehearsal dates or a workshop leaflet etc.. However, some people cannot find where they have been saved to, i.e. they cannot easily find their Downloads Folder.
When you click a pdf download link it will most likely automatically open the document in Adobe reader. When the document opens, click the down arrow icon which is on the toolbar top right.
When the box opens highlight and click Save File.
The arrow will briefly flash blue and the file will now go into your Downloads folder.
(Notice that next to the arrow is a printer icon. Clicking this will print the document without saving it.)
To open the Downloads folder click the blue arrow top right and a list of all your recent download files will appear.
Click the folder icon on the right of each download and the Downloads folder will open containing your new pdf file. Now cut and paste this file to your desired destination folder on your PC.
Other types of files are downloaded in a similar way.
